Understand the planting before tidying it
We look at the plants you want to retain and the weeds competing with them. Newly planted beds need a different touch from a crowded border, and shrubs should be considered individually rather than cut back simply because they are large.
The agreed work can include mowing, edging, strimming, weeding, suitable shrub pruning, gathering clippings and sweeping paths. Before starting, we discuss where the attention should go and what you want the finished garden to feel like.
If an area has become inaccessible, say so in the enquiry. A more involved clearance may be needed before routine maintenance makes sense. Photographs let us see whether the main issue is ongoing care or a larger first-stage job.
