OUR STORY
Roman Pavlov started LookDeVis in Edgware in March 2015 with one laptop, two tools and a van. We began with gardening and grew as customers asked us to look after more of their property. Our approach remains the same: agree the work, agree the price, do it properly and leave the place tidy.
We now carry out gardening, landscaping, fencing, paving, exterior cleaning, agreed waste collections and building and property work. Roman still leads the business, with gardeners, landscaping teams and builders working to LookDeVis standards. We agree what finished looks like before starting and check the work with you before leaving.

Gardening came first. As customers asked for more, landscaping followed. Around 2019 we added waste removal and pressure washing, and from around 2022 building and property work. Each new service came from the same question, "Can you do this as well?", and each one had to meet the standard of the first.
In 2026 the business became LookDeVis Services Ltd and registered as an upper tier waste carrier, so we can collect and dispose of waste properly.
Our first big job
One of our first big jobs was a bramble-filled garden so overgrown that the owner could not open the back door. The owner told us that more than five other gardening companies had walked away from it. We took it on.
Trained to one standard
As the work grew, so did the team. Today that is 16 gardeners, four landscaping teams and five building teams, all trained by Roman to LookDeVis standards: arrive on time, agree what "finished" looks like before starting, protect your property, and check the result with you before leaving.
Our put-it-right promise
Walk round the job with us before we leave. If anything isn't right, tell us the same day and we will return to put it right at no extra charge. If you spot something later, call us and we will arrange a revisit. This does not affect your legal rights.

A garden may need regular care, a fence repair or a new patio. A property may need refurbishment or smaller maintenance tasks. We offer gardening, landscaping, fencing, paving, pressure washing and building and property services. Each service has its own assessment and agreed scope.
