Choose the work that fits your garden
For everyday care, our Edgware gardening service covers jobs such as mowing, weeding, shrub care and keeping paths clear. If growth has taken over, garden clearance helps uncover the space before you decide what comes next.
A hedge that blocks a path needs a different approach from a border that needs attention. See hedge trimming in Edgware for shaping and cutting back. For changes to lawns, paths or usable space, start with landscaping. If the main task is getting unwanted items away, use our Edgware waste-removal page.
What helps us assess the work
Take one photograph from the house towards the end of the garden and another looking back. Include the lawn, planting, any damaged surfaces and the route through the gate. Show steps and tight corners rather than just the open part of the garden.
An approximate area in square metres is helpful, but it is not the whole story. Dense growth, ground condition and the distance materials must be carried all affect the work. Tell us whether access is through a side passage, a shared route or the house, and mention any plants or features you want protected.
When we assess the garden, we look at the jobs together. There is little sense in finishing a lawn edge before a clearance route has been opened, or choosing a new surface before looking at where rainwater goes. We explain the practical order and set out the agreed work in your quotation.
